The California Health Sciences University College of Pharmacy application deadline for the 2018-2019 academic year has been extended to June 1, 2018.

CHSU College of Pharmacy’s Doctor of Pharmacy program has been granted Candidate status by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. See the for full details.

To be considered for admission, the applicant must meet the following requirements:

1. Complete a minimum of 48 credits of prerequisite coursework from an accredited college or university in the United States or an equivalent foreign university (Baccalaureate degree is preferred for admission).
2. Letter grade of C or higher for all prerequisite courses
3. The preferred cumulative GPA is 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale; the preferred pre-requisite GPA is 2.7 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
4. Meet and comply with the 5. Have U.S. Permanent Residency or be a U.S. Citizen.


A criminal background check and drug screening will be required for all applicants offered admission.
